Our Vision

The empowerment of an entire community of marginalized people.

These people will:

~ be rid of the barriers that currently prevent them from knowing their rights and freedoms,

~ be well-equipped with resources to make them seen, heard, and taken seriously,

~ have the ability and desire to engage in civic environments,

~ be able to communicate properly and effectively their issues and concerns to the proper officials,

~ ultimately recognize and move forward in the many other positive, respected, and vital roles they are able to play in our type society.

We Are ...

A nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation.

A group of individuals passionate about the well-being and success of those underprivileged and underrepresented.

We Believe ...

Knowledge is power and necessary to become fully developed and well-rounded individuals.

We Propose ...
To educate and mentor.  To use formal instruction, the arts, and community service as educational tools.  To formally engage young people in discussions pertaining to rights and laws; demonstrating how they apply to them and why they are important to know and adhere.  To improve and enhance the connections between young people and authority; exemplifying the importance of being able to communicate properly and effectively, and having respect and self-discipline.  To help foster wisdom, leadership, and values in young people so they each may become a personal success to themselves, in their communities, and abroad.  To enable young people to become financially literate, to be able to prioritize creatively and reasonably, to embark upon and maintain career readiness, and help them plan for the short- and long-term.

Our Goals
For young people to
LEARN and DREAM.

Lead by example.
Engage others in teachable moments.
Accept the relevance of all education.
Respect the reasons for the law and authority.
Never make excuses for themselves or their situations.
AND
Decide not to let failure defeat them.
Realize their lives have meaning.
Embrace the things unchangeable.
Allow destiny to happen.
Make all moments count.
